Shobu-Kan

私共　儀保空手道場の新しいマークは翔武館の「翔」をモチーフに
縄のシンボルカラー・古武道を表すデザインを施し
世界に羽ばたくイメージで作り上げました。
その意するところをご参照ください。

The center Kanji “Sho and Shobu-Kan” represent flight, a martial art which will spread
all over the world from the Island of Okinawa where it originated.

空手の発祥地沖縄からこの尊い伝統を世界へ発信（飛翔）



紋章の意味
大小の円の構成は沖縄県旗すなわち武道の発祥地である沖縄を表現し、
紫の色は沖縄の伝統である琉球王国の誇り高く拡張高い王室を象徴し、
白は純粋にして無、空、空手の名称の一字にある”空“の心境で修業に
勤しみ真理を追究し自己完成をめざすことを表している。
中心にある金色は伝統の尊い価値観を通して空手の完全探究を目指すことを表現。

Meaning of the Dojo Crest
The small circle inside a larger circle represents the flag of Okinawa.　
The purple color is native or traditional Okinawan color that
symbolizes the Kingdom of Ryukyu.
The inner white color is a representation the purity and the Karate as the
Art and the image of emptiness. (as used in the term Karate, Kara=empty) where,
one could express one true self through the Art of Karate. The Golden color,
it represents something of a traditional value and achievement in pursue truth
and toward the perfection through the Art of Karate.
